Using MyLegion.org for your Squadron

To get your Squadron set up for using MyLegion.org to manage your Squadron memberships, you will first need to establish an account on MyLegion.org.

  • You must be the Commander or Adjutant of record. To check what we have for your Squadron go to Lookup Squadron Information.
  • You’ll need to use the email address on record associated with your membership.
  • If you are not sure what that is, you can contact Department Headquarters at 608-745-1090 or email membership@wilegion.org.
  • Instructions on setting up your account can be found at Help with Account Registration.

Once you have an account established, you will need an authorized MyLegion user from your Legion Post to take the following steps:

  1. Login in to MyLegion.Org
  2. Select the “Find Help” tab
  3. Choose “How to Use MyLegion.org”
  4. Click on “My Groups – Departments, Detachments, Posts, Squadrons, etc.”
  5. Click on on “Assign Group Permission”
  6. Assign desired permissions to the Commander or Adjutant of the SAL Squadron.
