It’s that time of year to fill out the consolidated report form.

Due Date: Extended to June 7, 2026

Ways to file:

  • If you have an account at www.mylegion.org, you can fill it out online there.
  • Fill out and send this PDF by clicking on the submit button. (May need to open in Adobe). Otherwise save it and email it to adjutant@wisal.org
  • If you can’t email it, then print, fill out and mail it so it arrives by June 7.
