If you haven't yet registered for Convention, you can still do so by completing the registration form found here. We hope to see as many of you as possible.

Consolidated Report Forms

It’s not too late to fill out the consolidated report form to add to our numbers.

Four ways to file:

Login in at www.mysal.org, you can fill it out online there. If you don't have an account, you can create one.
Download the Excel spreadsheet at www.wisal.org/resources and click on Excel Consolidated Report Form
Download the PDF at www.wisal.org/resources, fill out and mail it right away.
Fill out the form mailed (one per Squadron) and mail it right away to:
